Internet connectivity to Blackbaud Hosted Services or Microsoft Azure
From the KB article 58004, instructions on testing and interpreting internet connectivity. FYI, my results the last few days have been terrible. The last 15 hops are all time-outs.

@Darrel Giesbrecht After seeing your results, I was curious so I ran traceroute using the instructions on our server and also got really bad results. By hop 6 everything is over 100ms, and beyond hop 9 it's all time-outs. I'm not sure what to make of this.
