Blackbaud ID Migration - not receiving activation code to email

I am testing out our Blackbaud ID connection settings before sending a notification out to families about the change but when I am testing and get to the:

We've emailed you a 6-digit code to confirm your identity. Enter it below to continue to your solution.

Stage, I never get an email. I have tested it with about 4 different email address that I created. Is there a known issue or a reason the email with the 6-digit code is not sending? I have waited for about 2 hours for a code and still nothing (I checked spam, all mail, promotions, social tab as well as other providers such as yahoo and yopmail)

    @Kyle van de Kamp hey there! Please reach out to support with the email addresses you're trying. There are a couple of things that could be happening, so Support will be in the best position to help resolve this issue.

    As a side note, you're probably being prompted to confirm your account with that code because the system has seen multiple accounts being created from your IP address. In cases like this, BBID attempts to verify the accounts and the user creating them are legitimate. 99% of users are not required to enter a code when they sign up or sign in. I wanted to add this context in case anyone sees your post and thinks, “hey, me, too!”
