Password reset email

I recently had to reset my user password for Altru. The email that is sent to reset the password says, “You requested that your 574000 password be reset.” Is there any way to change the 574000 in the email?

  • @Tami Goertzen - I think you have to start a support case to get the number substituted with your organization name. I believe we also had to ask for our name to be added to the email closing. We asked to make some formatting and other copy changes, but support said they could only add our name. We made these changes a couple years ago when we went live, so hopefully this is still an option! I remember being surprised we weren't able to access that email format within our own system.
