We are also having an issue with almost all of our online express form. How to fix?

If you go into Online Express and navigate to Account>Integration Options>Form Security and remove and re-add the list of allowed domains you have setup there, that will refresh and should restore access. This was a post on the RE FB page and it worked for me

@Janet Paddock thank you for passing along the fix. I never would have figured that out. I wonder if this is a problem on their end because we never have had problems with OLX recognizing our domain.

@Cara Olsen - There are a fair number of folks sharing online (here or in FB User Group) that they are experiencing this issue. I recommend you contact OLX Support, even though you have resolved the issue, to make sure they are aware that this has affected your organization's OLX forms.

@Janet Paddock I reached out to Online Express support and they said the domain should not include the www. so once you open that form security you may have to change that. So it should be google.com instead of www.google.com for example.

@Safina Joseph I had to add www. to the white list entry for many but not all of our forms in order to eliminate the form load error
