I strongly suspect this means that you don't have your domains defined under your OLX account settings, as @Austen Brown suggested. OLX just released the recaptcha update a couple of days ago, making it a universal setting whether you want it or not. Your main website domain may already be listed in your settings, but if you have forms on more than one domain, you may receive this error for the others. We have three domains that we use, for example.

Check out the settings in OLX – Account – Integration Options – Form Security. Ours looks like this:

@Mackenzie Gross I have had the same issue. I just got off the phone with the support desk and Jonathan told me that if you had not previously been using Recaptcha, that you can't implement it until SEPT 7TH. If you do it before it will not work and you will get errors on your site for the donation form. He stated that the communication on this issue has not be clear. Hope this helps.
