Pulling Organization and Contact Names

I am using Letter Box for most of our letters, but for some, we export and mail merge with our word template.

I can't get the Organization AND contact addressee/salutation to pull in either.

In Letter box, I need Organization Name then Primary Contact Addressee and Primary Contact Salutation. I usually get nothing in letter box.

If I do the same thing in export, I only get one or the other. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

@Whitney Shelton - Have you contacted the folks at LetterBox about what you are experiencing?

@Austen Brown Yes I have and they are not super helpful. I have the same issue when I am exporting from RE into excel to do a mail merge through Word. I may be missing a check box or something I am not pulling correctly.

@Whitney Shelton I use LetterBox for some of my clients, and I can't get the Org name and contact info out either. (I haven't had time to ask them yet, though!)

IN RaisersEdge7, in the Export screen, make sure the field you are exporting for the Primary Addressee is coming from the Relationships table, so Relationships/Individuals/PrimaryAddressee, then apply Criteria to the Individuals table (Criteria button is at the base of the screen) and choose Primary Contact as your Criteria.
