Creating new letters

Hello everyone, Since we have to export letters and creat them through mail merge is there a way to create a new letter with the correct fields in the letter and save the template?

@Adrian Pitts - Yes, once you create your merge file/s either a simple or multi-conditional merge, you can save those templates to be reused every time you export a csv file from your RE Database via a Mail Parameter File.
