Camp registrations and moving data when a re-schedule happens

Hello,

We sometimes need to re-schedule a camper registration. This year I noticed, that once the camper was moved to the new session, there was no registration data linked to the camper. The registration form has emergency contact numbers and medical emergency information. Both the new and old sessions did not have any of the registration form.

Has anyone else had problems with this?

    Hi Mary,

    This year I made one program, Summer Camp, and all the sessions were events under that program. So when a camper had to move, we would just “reschedule” their tickets, and then all the registration information would move with the camper.

    We do the same as Ellyn. We do a reschedule if possible. The data from the participant does not carry over to each event. It will be under the event itself so when a new session takes place, they will need to re-enter their details. I hope this makes sense! Let me know if you have questions.
