example NXT donation and event forms

Hello,

Would anyone out there want to share their NXT donation and event form links? We haven't been using them but will start soon (especially following the webinar about it I attended today!) in favor of Online Express. But I didn't think to ask until afterwards if the speakers could recommend links to forms that clients have already built and are actively using. Thanks in advance for posting!

Gabi

  • @Gabi Barton I not sure why these posted so large! see

  • @Gabi Barton - Below are some of ours. Let me know if you need any further information.

Here is an event registration form. Most of our event attendees are attending as part of a sponsorship package but we do also have individual options on some. This is an event that is currently up for registration:

    Here is our donation form:

  • @Gabi Barton, curious if you wouldn't mind sharing what elements of NXT forms tipped the scale in deciding to switch from OLX forms?

  • @Faith Murray Yes! I still need to look at all of the specs to be sure, but the webinar I attended explained that the back-end process of batching gifts from NXT forms is a lot simpler (though not necessarily less time-consuming) than doing it from Online Express. The knowledge of that pretty much clinched it for me because that is the one thing I have not figured out such that every time I do it, there is some error or another that I've not anticipated. I've gone onto chat support about it so many times now ?

  • @Carrie Aranda Thank you very much for sharing these pages. We also handle event registrations for golf tournaments and find them a bit challenging. For your attendees and sponsors, how/where do you inform them of FMV of the event? Thanks. Beth

  • @Beth Halleck you should be able to do that on the receipt/confirmation they get when signing up. When you create the “fee” you can say how much is a donation and that should be listed when they finish checkout.

The Director and I created a form in Online Express for our Employee Giving Campaign that recently launched.

We had to get creative in spots and manipulate as much of the form as possible. We chose to use Online Express for this campaign because it's the only option with the deferred payments. We use the Online Donation Form Designer for everything else.

Anyways, long story short here is our link. I don't think it's as pretty as our Online Donation Form, but it does the job just fine.

If interested, this is the link for our "Ways to Give" form.

Here is a Link to our General Donation Form . We do create unique donation forms for different campaigns. We do not take direct debit donations and also opted to cover the processing fees instead of having donors cover it.

Here is a Link to one of our Event Registration Forms, for our Book Clubs. I also create unique pages for each event.

Hope this helps. Feel free to look at the other forms in our Support Glacier ways to give page.
