reCAPTCHA Error Messages at Random

Anyone else experiencing random error messages in OLX re: reCAPTCHA? Our forms are all working correctly on our website, and I've got our domains accurately included under integration options. Seems like it's not just relegated to business hours - I've noticed them all week at early AM hours. Again, we've received donations through these forms, and they're all still accessible on the site. Just kind of odd/off-putting to be getting at least 10 new error messages every day with no real errors that I can see occurring. Am I missing something? Support has looked into it but doesn't see anything wrong. They even checked a couple of our donation URL's for me and those were fine.

    @Bobby Steurer - When you're in OLX, for the particular form look at its “Performance Details” window > open the listings to see all URLs the form is embedded on. Are there any listed that were not included when you updated the domain/sub-domains within your Account Integration settings?

  • @Austen Brown I actually didn't even know the URL listings were there. I checked, and there's a couple URL's I wasn't aware of (and I think most of our constituents aren't, too). Thank you so much. This is an extremely helpful tip. I hope you know how valuable you are to this community.

  • @Bobby Steurer be careful of random URLs that are not IT approved domains. We still are getting a random error or two, but when we look at Form performance none of the random/unapproved URLs show transactions and we have had no complaints from donors.
