Donors not receiving confirmation emails
We are receiving notification emails regarding donors who have made donations, but the donors are not receiving confirmation emails (not in SPAM, junk, etc.) - is anyone else also encountering this issue recently?

@Amber Sale - Have your IT Department check in on your org's DKIM and SPF to make sure that email sent through BB's servers are identified as valid emails from your organization. Here's a helpful link with additional information on this:
