Blocking access to billing information when impersonating

Hello! Just dropping in to let you know how the impersonate feature works when it comes to billing information.

This will prevent a user from seeing any billing information when impersonating another admin user who has the Billing Clerk role or when impersonating a parent/payer. The Billing Management option will be removed from the navigation bar if you're impersonating an admin user, and the Billing option will no longer show in the navigation when viewing the payer portal. Access will also be blocked if you try to access that information using a direct link.

The exception to this will be if the user who's doing the impersonating has the Billing Clerk role themselves. If the user has that role, they will continue to see billing information when impersonating another Billing Clerk or impersonating parents.
