Admin support tools for Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
I've created an idea to add admin support tools for MFA such as a user's status and MFA method as well as the ability to help a user recover their account (i.e. 24 digit code). This so that not every user's MFA gaffe requires Blackbaud support.
