MFA Related Question for those of us that have an application process?

At our institution, we use SSO through Google for our staff, students, and parents. We avoid some of the major headache involved with BBID and MFA thankfully.

However, we do let our candidates that apply to the school use their personal emails they've given us to log in to complete Checklists in the Enrollment Management section. It appears they'll have issues in the new year if they're not using a gmail or apple account and have to also set up MFA on their own.

Does anyone have good instructions or know how they'll address their users that will have to install MFA to get into Blackbaud for the first time?

    Will parents or students who access our Education systems (Education Management, Blackbaud Tuition Management) be impacted by this requirement?
    No, parents and students will not be required to configure multi-factor authentication.
