Report card issues

We're new to Blackbaud…we haven't issued BBID to our parents/students yet (that new).

1st issue - We tried running our first term report cards on Friday and they are a mess. In the Legend, we need to print our Grade (Alpha-Numeric equations) and Citizenship (Letter-definition) scales. Both are selected within the legend, but only one or the other will print.

2nd issue - We selected the Numeric (Alpha) grade display within the report card but we get either ## (##) or letter (letter), not ## (Letter) or Letter (##).

Any instructions on how to fix these issues will be greatly appreciated!

@Cathy McDonald Thanks. Any hints on what you are doing to have one or the other show i.e. what do you do to have the Letter Grade scale show vs. the Citizenship scale show? I assume it isn't random?

@Cathy McDonald We still use the Old Report Card Builder. On our report cards, we uncheck the legend and type our legend into the introductory text.

@Jo Giesecke We type in our legends to a text box as well, on both the old and new builders.
