Deleting a record or gift from NXT

UPDATE:

Just got off the phone with support and the real issue and reason I couldn't find the new record in database view was that NXT had entered the name with “foundation” as the last name of the constituent?

So all resolved!

Hi,

I have a gift that was added via NXT automatically via a credit card donation for a foundation. Unfortunately NXT added a new record as a “friend” and even though I changed it to a “foundation”, the gift itself still says “friend” as constituency. (so I'm unable to merge records) And the “new” record is not showing up in database view so I can't even merge them from there!

So, how do I, A. delete the entire record? B. delete the gift? C. change the constituency on the gift itself to “foundation”?

@Michelle Morello I don't think you can change gift constituency in NXT yet. You can change it in database view once the batch is approved.
