Address Types

Good afternoon,

I am auditing our database to see what address types are/not being used. Without having access to SQL, does anyone know of a way to pull a list of address types? I do not want account details other than Constituent IDs which are using an Address Type.

Great question - one I know I'll deal with in my clean up work too.

Options that come to mind:

Export the address type for all records to Excel. Sort and view.
Go to Config > Tables. If a type is not used at all, you should have the option to delete it from the table. Check each one.
Otherwise, for a similar data investigation, I had a query and one-by-one chose my different options in the criteria and ran the query to get the # of records that used that data.
