Has anyone seen this on Online Express and can explain it to me?

I saw this error come up on our Online Express forms (even though we have been getting donations coming through), just wondering what this means - see screenshot below.

Did you search for the error message in knowledgebase? I have not experienced this issue, but found this.

@Karen Diener…I contacted Blackbaud OLX customer support on Friday and this is the answer I received from them below:

Kieran - Blackbaud Support: Yes, i wouldnt be worried about that at all as it seems its a just a timeout error which could mean the client had refreshed on their side when making a donation etc. It would not be anything to be worried about

Afterwards I went onto OLX and found there was a donation sitting out there that I never received notification about - so go figure?

@Jennifer Branstrom I have gotten it in the past though not lately. I too have received gifts with no notification, but necessarily the two things at the same time. I don't believe BB gave me an exact reason why either of those things happen. So, I always have BBMS send me the weekly total gifts auto email so I can check to see if I did miss getting a gift notification.
