Is anyone else having issues with PTC conference software and syncing with Blackbaud?

Is anyone else having issues with PTC conferencing software and syncing with Blackbaud since the API changeover last year? Is it just our school, or are others having the same syncing problems with student/teacher/parent connections syncing correctly? or Do you use different conferencing software that you think is more reliable?

    @Marsha Gardner I can't speak to PTC, but we decided to go with pickAtime this year. We signed up at the beginning of October with less than 3 weeks before conferences. I was able to set up the import from Blackbaud as well as add Zoom integration in just a couple of hours. It worked really seamlessly for our faculty and families and having the SSO set up and just a tile on our resource board made a huge difference from years past when families had to go searching for links to sign up individually with faculty.

    @Matt Norko Thanks for the information. I will look into other software vendors.
