Odd Login issues for Random users with BBID & Microsoft Azure

Like many of you we had to implement and Alternate Sign in Method to comply with BBID security requirements. We were give a number different 3rd party Authentication methods, we opted for Microsoft Azure (I would have preferred to use Google but we have students in China so…) The problem is I have 2 Staff member in the last 24 hours who where unable to login to additional computers using there credentials. The 1st I reset the password thinking that was the issue but the next day they had the same problem once they tried to logon to a another computer with those credentials they were told their password was wrong. The 2nd user can log into their office computer but were unable to login to a classroom computer but then could easily log in on their phone. I am not really familiar with Microsoft Azure (I am somewhat familiar with Active Directory - as it is the previous version of “Azure” - but it is in use in a Local environment, not over the Internet like Azure is. I suspect their must be some security setting that is triggering the login failures but I don't want to cripple everyone else just “flipping switches” Anybody else seeing this type of activity?

I assume you're using SSO with your school domain using Azure as your identity provider? If your teachers are trying to login on computers that are used by other teachers/staff/students, then this could be the issue. If a user selects “keep me signed in” then when another person signs in through the same identity provider, the saved sign in information confuses the system. You can figure out if that's the cause by having them sign in using a private or guest browser.

I'll have them try to use an InPrivate tab on the Browser to see if that is the case - if it is then a page needs to be taken from Adobe as the Creative cloud will only allow (2) logins and if you try to sign into a 3rd it will have you sign out of one of the other existing sessions.
