We embedded an Online Express Event registration form into our Wordpress site, which results in a large white space under the form (about 400 px high). This makes any text under the form problematic, because users don't know it is there because of this large white blank.
Blackbaud support says our javascript is interfering with theirs and it is our fault, but we seem to remember embedding the form last year without this problem . We've also checked another website that doesn't use Wordpress, and the same behavior is exhibited. These 2 facts lead us to believe it isn't so much our code.
Has anyone run into this problem, and what did you do to correct it?
