SP Upgrade on SQL Server 2016 SP3

For customers still on SQL Server 2016 SP3 or lower, have you had any issues after upgrading to the most recent Service Packs - 30, 31, 32? What SP version are you on? Thanks in advance for any input!

@Jennifer Borri - haven't spoken in a while hope you and yours are well.

We are still SQL2014 SP3 on production and CRM SP31, no issues.

We have had a couple of our non-production environments executing SQL2016 SP3 (compatibility 130) and CRM SP 31 with no issues, at least nothing that I have logged.
