    Hi Liz, a few years ago we spent several months trying to get this to work to no avail to which at the end of the day even Blackbaud admitted we should just use a Third Party vendor. So we contracted with Silicon Harbor Solutions for their Outlook Plug In and have had decent success with it. BrightVine Solutions also has one.

    Hi Liz, we had the same experience and decided to use the BrightVine CRM/Outlook Integration. Our staff is very pleased with the tool.
