Student (Re-)Enrollment Checklist - NOT Enrollment Management

We no longer use Enrollment Management for inquiries/contracts/enrollment, but we are considering setting up some type of Checklist for re-enrolling and enrolling students so that we can track if all of their forms have been submitted over the summer. Has anyone successfully done this somewhere other than in EMS? I'm curious if this is something that I can do via PowerAutomate or another 3rd party system. We use SchoolAdmin for enrolling now, but use Magnus for our healthcare system and don't want to make the nurses use another system.

Just curious what others are using. Thanks!
