Credit Card Processing

Does anyone know of a way for us to be able to automate credit card processing into RENXT? A form or something that allows us to do all credit cards at once? I am somewhat new to RENXT.

@Grayson Noble - If you are asking in relation to recurring gifts, there is a feature called the Automated Recurring Gifts available to you within Web View, here is some more information on this option: https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/190837

If this is in relation to one-time gifts, you can process credit cards en masse through a gift batch in Database View, here is more information on how to do this: https://bbmarketplace.secure.force.com/bbknowledge/articles/Article/38453

@Austen Brown I take it that there currently isn't aa way to process a batch of single credit card gifts in RE NXT yet?

@Milly Jones - You should be able to process single credit cards through a Web View batch, personally I have not tried it yet, so far I've stuck with doing gift entry through Database View.

@Milly Jones you also can't use Credit Card Updater in NXT. The benefit is that you get an instant confirmation that it is correct when doing it in NXT. Other than that, not much worth it.

@Milly Jones NXT generally creates batches by gift type and date, so one-time credit card gifts are batched together by date. There would be another batch for Direct Debits, and Paypal/Venmo, etc.
