Has anyone experience issues where the setting in a import is set to auto commit but it does not?

This is occurring for a some of the custom import/batch we have in our system.

In Set options, the Batch commit options is set to: Commit all valid rows from new batches.

    @Kathy Dean - Did someone with a high level of access recently leave or change positions such that the access was removed or downgraded? Could it be something like what is being described in this idea bank item?
