Checkbox under Billing/Donor

I found an OLE donate page that uses a checkbox selection to “allow us to connect with you through your social media accounts”. I'm trying to determine how this was added to the form. I thought perhaps by adding a gift attribute field - it doesn't look like it's part of a consent piece. Ideas???

Are you sure it's not a Consent option? When I turn on consent tracking on our donation forms, it offers me this option:

Otherwise, a gift attribute is really the only place in an OLX form that I can see that would allow that flexibility. The other possibility is if it is actually an Event form, in which case it could be a participant attribute.
