Resource Board use metrics

Hello all. Is there a place where I could see how many people have viewed a page on a Resource Board, or, even better, how many people have clicked on a particular link or list item? Thanks!

    Hi Claudia - To get page views to resource boards, you need to set up Google Analytics for in-app tracking, as explained in the Blackbaud Knowledgebase article:

    I would try the in-app analytics and look at your statistics and then start looking into event tracking, using the Google tag and Tag Manager. Lots of into on Google's site.

    Note - Google Analytics 4 is replacing Universal Analytics. On July 1, 2023 all standard Universal Analytics properties will stop processing new hits, so we are all going to have to learn new tools.

    At one point we used a 3rd party tracking application (I forgot the name), but it was not reliable.
