transfer from trimester school to our semester school transcript

We are a 9-12 with a semester schedule/grading system. Can anyone share how they deal with transcript for historical grades? We currently transcript transfer semester grades but not sure how to set up trimester for historical grades only. Any best practices?

@Jean Oliwa You may need to add additional terms that you can then use for transfer grades that don't sync to your actual terms. Or, if you only need to show final grades / credits, you may be able to fudge it without syncing to actual terms.
