Twitter/Instagram Handles in CRM with No Name

Hi there,

Is there anyone collecting information about a constituent where all they have is a Twitter or Instagram handle and no name to enter in BBCRM? Not sure how to do a constituent journey from social media to CRM.

I'm a data person, not a marketing person ? but you might want to look into either the Acquisition List area of CRM and/or the Public Media Efforts/Segments.
