We have a long list of Titles, most of them in English, some in Spanish. We will be adding some Portuguese and other languages as well. I am wondering how other global organizations handle multi-language options in code tables/lists of values, particularly for Title; also how other organizations handle slight variations and/or abbreviations in the values (Señor/Senhor/Sr.). Start with the most common titles and keep adding as needed to the list of values? Have you considered extending the table to be able to denote the associated language?
