Adding action to more than one email

When I am sending an email to several people it will only create an action to one person. Is there a way to add the action to the other emails- - without copying and pasting?

@Michelle Spino Andruss if you create a constituent query containing all the recipients, you can use Global Add to add identical actions to all their records (provided you have access to that under the Admin section)

If you've only got a few constituents that received the email, then using the copy function in webview might be an option - if you log it on one record and then open that action, you will see the “Copy to” button.

@Michelle Spino Andruss You could also use the free RedArc option One to Many.
It is like Global Add that @Alan French mentioned but for webview (NXT).
