When I am sending an email to several people it will only create an action to one person. Is there a way to add the action to the other emails- - without copying and pasting?
@Michelle Spino Andruss if you create a constituent query containing all the recipients, you can use Global Add to add identical actions to all their records (provided you have access to that under the Admin section)
@Michelle Spino AndrussIf you've only got a few constituents that received the email, then using the copy function in webview might be an option - if you log it on one record and then open that action, you will see the “Copy to” button.
@Michelle Spino Andruss You could also use the free RedArc option One to Many.It is like Global Add that @Alan French mentioned but for webview (NXT).
