Importing Assignments Errors?

Are other schools having any issues from teachers being able to import assignments? We are running into problems left and right with teachers trying to import assignments - sometimes it works, other times they get to the final step and they get a notice of an import error (with no description of why the importing is failing). We did change a setting on our side for the year so that might be causing the issue. But I am curious if other schools are experiencing this as well if part of it could be a Blackbaud issue, or if it is just us and then it could be our setting issue. I worked with support last week when this issue started and they could not reproduce the issue.
