Aftercare Management

Hello! Does anyone have a solution to manage their aftercare programs? I'm looking for the ability to fill out forms/make payments/and sign in and out. I can give up the make payments if there is something out there that is easy and works well!

Anyone using CampBrain for this? Popsicle? Another software? I also saw something about an extended care feature in Tuition Management--is that a thing?

Any insight greatly appreciated!

@Rose Mary Herbert Been using CampBrain for about 5 years now. We determined that the features available in BB K-12 didn't quite work for us. It has worked well for us, and their support is pretty good. It isn't cheap but not too expensive.

@Brian Hoyt Thanks! I know down the road we would like to have something for our summer camps so CampBrain is still in the running. I also came across EZ School Apps that has a variety of solutions, one being aftercare. I am going to demo with them since they say they are “low-priced” and to see if they have any integration.

@Rose Mary Herbert There is single sign on from BB to CampBrain. On initial account login / setup it ports a limited amount of data like address, but it is a onetime one way not ongoing sync currently.

@Rose Mary Herbert We also use CampBrain with the single account setup sync. We use CampBrain for summer camps, after school activities and after school care. With summer camp, we're able to allow both internal and external students to enroll. I know our Auxiliary Team loves it. If you have questions, contact them at Auxilary@ows.org. @Katherine Nolte Thank you! This is helpful and good to know people are happy with the software. I am looking for aftercare right now, but we do run summer camps so this may be a multi-solution fix for us.

@Bryan Lorenzo Thanks! I did see them in the list. I also came across EZ School Apps which looked like they have multiple mini solutions but I cannot seem to get them to respond when I've reached out ?

Anyone out there using/familiar with Popsicle?

Hi, curious if SSO with BlackBaud still only ports limited customer data one-time at initial login.
