Is anyone else having trouble with the Enrollment Event Registration (new) link or form?

In mid-January, we implemented the Enrollment Event Registration (New) form for all of our upcoming admission events. Since implementing it, those using Chrome receive a broken screen emoji when clicking the link to register. I had a ticket open about it but support said it was working for them. We finally saw it was working for us and closed the case. A couple of days later, more visitors are saying it is broken and I see it again too. Is anyone else having trouble using the new enrollment event registration form using Chrome as their browser?

@Sondra Berry We have had several problems with event registration, but they are really hard to recreate. One parent said the only browser he could use the registration form in was Epic, but I have had no issues loading them in chrome or safari. We have also checked with support but they could not recreate the problem either.

A tricky part in this is we mostly use the forms for school tours, so its hard to know how many prospective families we are losing because they can't figure out how to register!

@Amanda Polson the event form is now working for us and we've had 33 to register. We also included an email address in the event of problems and several people reached out to register that way. Definitely not fool-proof method!
