RENXT Donation Forms Receipting

We are looking to transition our donation forms from Online Express to RENXT to take advantage of the Donor Cover option to help reduce our banking fees. However, automatic receipting doesn't seems to be a function of the RENXT donation forms? For those using RENXT Forms - how do you find receipting for gifts coming through an RENXT form? Is it time consuming to be doing manually? Thanks!

@Lynette Hillier SmartDONORCOVER works for Online Express forms and is free. Does much the same as the new donor cover and is used by loads of orgs worldwide… Hope that helps. Google for it and it should pop up. Warren @ SmartTHING

I am one of the Product Managers at Blackbaud, we aimed to make receipting as quick and easy to use as possible. I am equally interested in feedback from other customers on time taken to receipt these gifts so we can improve. We are also aware of the need for automatic receipting and are planning to address this year as part of ongoing improvements to donation forms

I have just started using one of our donation forms from OLX to NXT and I created a “Gift” list that brings up any new donations into the Not Receipted area of Gift Receipting, then it's just one click of email receipts and it does everything for you. Of course you have to set up your Email Receipt template and receipt series, but once done, it's super quick and easy to complete.

We have three bank accounts where donations can be made, and they only give you the option of one default Receipt template, where at this stage you can only put in a signature and logo. No access to wording on the receipt, which is annoying. So being able to choose which account (ABN or Tax number) to use would be also very beneficial
