@Mary Cronin - Through the connection to RE NXT via Power Automate, @Nicole Holt's team is utilizing Planner in O365. The connecting flow makes sure that “Grant” actions in NXT are communicated to the Planner board, and updates to cards are communicated back to RE NXT actions. Tracking your grant seeking activities can be done pretty successfully by using the Prospect management tools in RE, if you have that additional module.

@Mary Cronin I had been suggesting it to clients for awhile, so was happy when Blackbaud offered a webinar presenting it as an option.

And if your organization has not really been making great use of the Prospect module for major gift work, this webinar does a terrific job of explaining how all of the pieces fit together.

Last but not least, Bill Connors' BBCON 2022 session about being a modern fundraiser is available on his website. He took all of the concepts and put them into action in a succinct presentation about how to actually use RE as a tool for managing your work. More geared to Major Gift fundraisers, but as the first webinar indicates, the work itself is 100% applicable to grantseeking!

I'm a BIG fan of using what you already have and pay for, rather than running out to buy new software.

Taylor is no longer with Blackbaud which is a huge disappointment for us but I'm sure she's on to new adventures. She was an excellent teacher and offered some of the most helpful sessions I've ever seen from BB.

Unfortunately, Blackbaud has removed them. I don't have access to them either, and slide decks were not shared.
