Editing Invitation Email for Blackbaud Portal

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the email that goes out inviting constituents to create an account in the Blackbaud portal? We have a unique organizational structure and it would be helpful to explain some things in the email that goes out.

Apologies if I missed something obvious. I look for like an hour and then just ask you guys, you're the best.

    @Billy Fenyes, there's not currently a way to edit the Portal Invitations that go out from RENXT. You can, however, send out your own email and direct constituents to your customized Portal URL to create an account. You run a bit more risk of trouble with constituent matching this way, but it may be the best route for you.

    There is a quite popular Idea in the Idea bank for customizing the Invites, which I have eyes on, so do go vote for that as well:

    Thanks for taking the time to respond. I figured this was the case but it's always really helpful to hear someone else confirm. You never know if you're just missing something obvious, or you really can't do it.

    This issue is similar to RENXT giving statements and receipts. You can't change those PDFs either and it seems strange to me.
