Student to Student Messaging
Is it possible to turn off student to student messaging? I saw one feature request for the ability to turn off student messaging and the it was flagged as implemented but the knowledge still reflects that it is an all or nothing control. Any advice would be appreciated.

@Bryna Gleich Thank you, but I don't think it helps as it says that if I turn off messaging, it also turns off bulk messaging and our admin use the bulk messaging to message parents.
