Windows Authentication

One of our users is having quite the time when she logs in. I've reset her password once already, then she created and verified a new password again.

RE is not saving her windows authentication when she enters it. I tried entering it into her profile in Security but it will not accept it.

She is listed as active. When I click the binoculars in RE, she is not listed in there.

Am I doing something wrong? Is RE having a hiccup? Thanks for the help!

@Dana Burton Blackbaud changed the signing in some time ago, where each user is responsible for their own passwords and administrator can no longer change the password for them. They should be signing in here:

@Joe Moretti, I set her initial password when I set her up-which she changed as necessary.

The problem we are having, RE is not saving her windows authentication code.

Are you all hosted, Dana? Only asking because my team is, and I was going to suggest leaving the Windows Authentication field blank to see what happens when she resets her BBID. I know your user isn't new staff, but when I do create new staff, I'll set their database view “RE 7password” to whatever and leave the Windows one blank. Then I create the NXT record. It gets auto-filled once they sign in for the first time and it all just seems to work itself out.
