Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if any of you have an eShop or online store type of thing - where someone can buy a ‘goat’ or ’health and nutrition' and receive a physical card, an eCard, or no card (just a donation, really).

BB have said they've come up with an option - but even they didn't recommend it highly.

We are currently using Shopify, which does the trick for supporters doing their own orders online - but we find and the majority of our orders come in through the mail and the backend doesn't easily cater for ‘card not present’ transactions. And then there's the issue of HOW to record the order in CRM (there is no easy way to record Qty, Item, Item Price….)

I'm willing to leave Shopify as is, but have an alternative method of entry for the backend.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

We are introducing Shopify eCards for donations at the moment. We've done it in the past before for just donations (no eCard).

We track all Shopify sales/donation, postage and shipping details in revenue attributes
