Raiser's Edge does not generate a journal entry for deleted pledges

We've had several instances recently where pledges had to be deleted. When this is done, no journal entry is being generated to post the reversal to Financial Edge. According to the knowledgebase article I read about deleting pledges, a reversing journal entry is supposed to be created for FE. Has anyone else had this problem?

    @Susan Trippe Are you deleting globally or one-off?

    Per this KB article when deleting globally there is a check box for creating adjustments to GL.

    This KB article touches on why a gift record may not appear such as not posted yet.

    Maybe one of these will help.
