Email Analysis

We rely on NXT Marketing Emails very heavily and lately many of our emails are not being delivered for various reasons. Yes, there are some that have opted out, many have not and we are now investigating why. Question? has anyone been able to develop a report that would match up against a Query (our mailing list) that can provide the last email received and the information surrounding it. i.e. date, topic, reason for failed email) I've seen on some records, soft and hard bounce along with mailbox filled. Looking for any tips that may help in our analysis. Ideally, we would like to send a correspondence letting constituents know why they are not receiving our emails and go from there. Thanks

@Jeannie Murphy - If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to your IT department and having them check in on your org's DKIM and SPF settings to make sure emails sent through BB servers are identifying correctly as being from your org's domain. Here's a helpful site you can pass along to them:

As for Email Response analysis, there is no easy way to get this information out of web view. The only way to locate groups by email response is to create a Constituent List directly from Marketing > Email > results. From there you can determine the specifics (e.g., soft vs hard bounced) by looking directly at the constituent's record. There is no way to export email response information, at all - and definitely not at the level of detail you are hoping for. I recommend voting for this an idea in the RE NXT idea bank to add a bounce report to that area of the system:
