Migrating Community account?

Hey folks!

It's bee a long time since I've checked in here, and that's partly to do with me migrating jobs a couple of times in the last year.

Does anyone remember how to transfer your Community profile to a new organization? I remember them rolling out this feature years ago, before the new UI rolled out, but I haven't had any luck finding documentation.
