Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) now allowed on Charitable Gift Annuities (CGA)

With the recent IRS change to allow qualified charitable distributions (QCD) to fund a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA), we are curious how others are handling this in BBCRM. We would like to add an additional subtype for CGA but CGAs have pre-defined subtypes in BBCRM that cannot be edited. (unlike the other vehicles that have a configurable list of subytpes) Since this IRS change should impact anyone processing Planned Gifts, curious what others plan to do to document this in their systems? We have submitted a ticket to make our case to allow additional subtypes for CGAs but in the meantime, we most likely will need to customize if we want to proceed with the additional subtype.
