Automated Notification to Teachers When They Haven't Entered Attendance?

I can't seem to find anything in the documentation. Is there a way to send an automated notification to a teacher when they haven't entered their class attendance?

@Jennifer Welch Would like to see this fuctionality! Truth be told, it is the same teachers who are the attendance slackers: day after day the same ones have not recorded attendance. There are three posts in the IdeasBank - I would encourage you to add your vote if you haven't already:
