Help with Mail Merge and Printing Acknowledgement Letters

Hi, we are short staffed and I have to assemble and print gift acknowledgement letters. I am struggling with mail merge. Does anyone have a good guide? Does anyone know of a consultant who might be available to walk me through this on the phone on short notice? Thanks, Trent
