Who's Using Chimpegration?

We're considering using Chimpegration to push and pull information to and from RENXT and Mailchimp. I'm trying to find current users who might answer a few questions about their setting up Chimpegration. Thanks!

@Diane Wilder, we used to use it about 6 years ago. We found it was just as much work to process the imports ourselves manually (and it was somewhat expensive), so we dropped it after a couple of years. I can't recall the specifics, but what it came down to was that instead of being automated integration, you had to review and route the match fields all the time anyway, so we found it just as simple to use the native export/import processes in MC and RE. Of course, our experience is dated: it was before they added NXT integration, so they may have improved ease and customability of features since then.

@Diane Wilder Our BI team is currently testing both Chimpegration and Email Marketing Connector from RedArc to link to Mailchimp. We had a free trial from both of them. Currently testing EMC.

• I heard that Chimpegration has made a lot of improvements over the last few years.
• RedArc seems easier if you are doing your segmentation within Mailchimp.

@Gwendolyn Chambers Just to throw a curveball in there we offer SmartMAILCHIMP which is very automated (and cost effective). Lots of clients on it. Anyway PM me or google SmartMAILCHIMP for more info.
