Altru Payment Processors w/ Chip Readers

Hi all! We have used Cybersource for the 6+ years we've been with Altru, but Blackbaud it seems that Blackbaud still hasn't rolled out the digital wallet and chip reader payment improvements to Cybersource clients (despite promoting these updates as Altru updates, they don't seem to be Altru updates, but instead BBMS updates).

Has anyone else had a different experience or heard differently? If you're using Cybersource or another third party, have you had the opportunity to switch to chip readers or mobile payments?
