Mobile pay for third party community organizers.

Now that mobile pay is tied to a staff members account we are running into issues on how third party organizers can use mobile pay and not have access to personal log information and access. As an organization, we are not comfortable giving access to non employees. Any suggestions? I

@Nichole Greaves, our solution has been this:

    • Create a new organization email account, dedicated to Mobilepay transactions.
    • Create a new BB user account linked to that email. You can first/last name it Mobile Pay or whatever. Restrict this “user's” security access to virtually nil in database and NXT security settings. Only permit access in Mobilepay (found in the NXT security settings area).
    • Keep a dedicated device for volunteer use. Don't let them use their own phones or ipads. This is because…
    • This account will still need to be linked to a phone number for 2-factor authentication. Use your own, and make sure your device is set to “remember this browser” so that any volunteers using it at events won't need to have a linked phone. It will only “remember” the browser for one month, so you will need to log in at least once a month to refresh its access.
    • If a volunteer will need to have it longer than a month (why, I can't imagine) then you can temporarily set the associated phone number to the primary responsible volunteer, and then change it back once the device is returned.
